October 2017 I ordered a SIM card, next called Sunshine Mobile to cancel my order and was told that once I receive the SIM card I have to return it via recorded delivery once received it will be cancelled. Exactly what I did same day I got it I returned it. Then a payment of £49.32 was taken from my account which I wasn't told that they was going to take money from my account so soon. I called Sunshine Mobile regarding payment taken so soon without me knowing I was told that it was in the terms and conditions..like hell it did. Was told once SIM card received they will refund me. Called everyday for a week not received until I gave post tracking details and proof that it had been signed by Sunshine Mobile employee. Then I get told yes it has been received it's cancelled and refund be made. Once refund was made didn't hear anything wasn't expecting too because I wasn't a customer. Then In July 2017 I receive an email frm QDR Solicistors saying I owed £1550.56 to Sunshine Mobile. Shock and in disbelief that I had not received any letters from Sunshine Mobile and I get this email. I called Sunshine Mobile the lady was so rude and said I committed fraud and I was like how ????? She said any issues I have speak to QDR directly. I have sent them a letter and I will be taking this further especially after reading that Laura has experienced the same has me. I am seeking legal advice and with the Consumer Rights and I won't let this rest....I do belive that all the five star reviews are wrongly done.

Sunshine Mobile I will make sure that you are taken to court!!!!!!!!!! YOU WRONGLY ADVERTISE AND YOU ARE THE FRAUDSTERS!!!!' SEE YOU IN COURT. I don't even want a reply from your company and I will make sure that I will shame you on social network ????????????????
