I received my sim today but when I inserted it it’s not compatible with my phone after it states on your website that’s sims are compatible with all network providers in your FAQ and on your “How We Work” page which is not the case. I am not willing to charged £20 for the cancellation fee as it has not been clear on your site that my phone had to be “sim free”
