They are shocking been trying to the issue with the new sim and them not setting my old number carried over from Orange up properly for nearly a month still can’t get incoming call because the numbers no recognised even though they’ve had the PAC number, keep fobbing me off saying my account is out of credit when they take the money weekly and still haven’t sent me a break down of usage that I’ve requested. They can’t phone me because the number they allocated to the sim doesn’t connect either - I’m fed up of paying for something that doesn’t work and their customer service is beyond useless rude and either stick you on hold for ages, hung up or are outright rude and insulting. Issue still not sorted and ongoing
