worst network ever. i missed a payment by a day and they blocked my phone and locked me out of my own icloud and apps the only this i have on my phone now is SETTINGS even tho you still cant do nothing with that. have you ever heard of a contract phone to do that ... i havnt and when i called them about the 1 day late payment they was really rude i pay £20.85 every week so i pay over £80 a month for a iphone 8. for thats over £80 a month im paying for rude service amd a rubbish network when not everyone can evem get thro to your phone. i undetsand things can get hard for people but you should defo stay the hell away from this it was the worst thing i could have ever done. ive been with them for 33 weeks now spending over £80 a month so when i asked them how can i leave this contract they told me i need to pay £876 for the handset so then i asked what have i been paying for just the mins and she said na your been paying for the mins and the handset ...... well the phone in the shop is like £800 so have i just been paying £80 a month for 200 mins a week and no data on the phone. so it really shouldnt be £876 for me to come out the contract. can everyone just please stay away from them i dont want anyone to go thro so mucb anger and stress this network has given me.
