Absolutely nightmare.
Weeks without internet home I have two children in university. I had to send them to relatives to learn spend hours on the phone, exchanging so many emails nothing made a difference.
I had to cancel and get another company to get service home, but still being forced to pay 9 months to the end of contract.
Absolutely disgusting.
