I had a stressful time calling supanet as per usual it took nearly 1 hr to get through so i had to hang up. To add further annoyance i was told i.d get a ringback which i didnt. Eventually simone on live chat helped me. Can u please after sortin my account not put the bill back up as per usual. Happy it was resolved but everytime i call it takes nearly 1 hr and have been cut off before after waitin 1 hr
