Fairly prompt start. Ally answered all my questions clearly and unambiguously. At times, he needed to retrieve info - understandably - or get advice from other sections. Most importantly, I was kept aware at all times of what he was doing. There is nothing more annoying than being kept in the dark while the person the other end does something and you wonder what the delay might be and how long it will last. Very impressed with his professional attitude.
