They made me happy because once I found out why I couldn't receive emails (Because supanet stopped someone hacking my account) I was pleased that they stopped this at source and once I contacted Marco he was able to help me sort out how to change my password and was able to receive emails once more. I am very impressed with the service in this instance and thank Marco for being very polite and professional.
