Right. There's some naysayers out there. That's fair enough. Personally I've been with supanet since 2004 when it was a relatively small ISP. I've had contact issues in the past......but nothing that hasn't been sorted either immediately or in fairly short order.
Recently they have become WAY better in the customer service applications and in my experience a lot more adept at sorting issues. Saturday my fibre went down. First thing this morning they answered the phone within less than 2 minutes. Several calls ensued regarding technical issues over the course of three hours ending in an engineer booking
Imagine my surprise when at 6.10pm i receive another call from the tech dept. explaining they'd been scratching their heads over this all day and could we try something else? So we did. And it worked.
Big respect to the technical help team. I've always been Mr.Cynical regarding tech call backs but Supanet nailed it today. Well done Daniel. And Sam. And all the others with patience to listen to a grumpy old man
