I got a rebate. Not at the first time of asking but at the second. Generally I find supanet at best difficult. To start with I was supplied with faulty equipment which was replaced with faulty equipment so by the time I did get the correct stuff I was already fed up with Supanet. I then tried to invoke the cooling off period to cancel but was told I could not as time had run out. How the hell do you run out of time when the service you have been paying for for two weeks is unavailable? I like the "spirit" of agreements, it seems that Supanet love the letter and I think perhaps they have written their codes to just about fit inside the legal requirements.
