One of the fabrics I had ordered was not available due to a computer "glitch". A very nice lady phoned and said what would I like to replace this particular fabric with and suggested a different colour, which is a lovely match now that I have the material. Only suggestion would be that they don't cut an order of more than one fabric if one of the chosen pieces is unavailable, because as like me I needed the two fabrics for one item and I would have cancelled the order and just done the item in one different fabric.
