I ordered the mountain super Fuji coat on 21st November,it was due to arrive on 23rd November.It finally arrived on 10th December after sending emails and using Facebook chat which required constant prompts to find out what happened to my parcel. Nobody answered my phone call,I was left hanging on the line for 25 mins!
The coat has arrived and the zipper doesn’t work! I will never use Superdry again.Terrible customer service and poor quality item considering it was expensive.I will have to return this item. So disappointing.
I always shop online and have never experienced this.
