Just purchased £400 worth of cloths but put the wrong postcode!!
I then realised that there is no phone number , chat room was closed - all help info said you can't cancel or update your address. If I don't receive goods then I will need to claim back through credit card - Not a nice experience and I thought they were a good brand - NOT NOW
