I went to superdry store in Heathrow Terminal 3 today 21/04/2025 in the evening and bought a shirt. The lady that served us was Sofia Her customer service skills were unsatisfactory.
She is rude, didnt even smiled at me and despite me saying thank you no acknowledgement so far.
This is not belittling her but at least she would improved her customer skills. An honest feedback from us.
