I made an order in Superdry official store on ebay, they gave me a tracking number and a few days later, after I checking the tracking number, I saw a message that there were some problems with the documents and my parcel is returned to the sender. I contacted support, asked what the problem was, and didn't get any good response. I asked to send my purchase again, but was told that they can only refund the money as soon as the parcel is returned to them. I didn't understand why I should wait for my money back because someone couldn't fill out the shipping documents correctly, and left a negative review on ebay. As soon as I did this, I received a full refund. I wrote to the store's support on facebook, and asked if I could make this order again, and if everything would be ok this time. I was assured that everything would be fine, and when I asked them about a possible discount for the inconvenience, I received a -20% coupon. I ordered again, and guess what, the same thing. The parcel is returned to the seller again due to the same problems with documents. I again asked to send my order again, and received a response that the parcel was allegedly lost, there are no more sliders available, and they can only refund the money. I just wanted to buy flip-flops for the summer, but I got a lot of lost time and lost a little on converting currencies into euros. One of my worst shopping experiences. Not recommend.
