This was my first order with Superior Skin and I am very impressed with the level of service that I have received. Everything about the products that I ordered was as described, but that is what is expected. However, Canada Post had neglected to leave me a Pickup Notice and I was left not knowing the location of my 'delivered' parcel. Martin, of Superior Skin, moved into action and found out everything I needed to know to connect me with my order. And, to top it all off, when I got it home and opened the box there was a lovely note and paper Origami crane included, plus free samples! This went way beyond my expectations. It all left me smiling!
