I thought I was ordering directly from vivier and checked my packing slip with my first order. Realized quickly that was not the case because I had received a handwritten thank you and a number or samples. I was so impressed that I placed a second order and again received a personalized note from Martin and a beautiful origami bookmark. This family business knows what customer centred service is!
