I was skeptical about buying this from a retailer I didn't know, but couldn't recommend it more. It was delivered within 3 days with a personalized note and a small gift. They went the extra mile in customer service...something which is becoming rare these days. Loves the personal touch to the experience and will most certainly be a returning customer! Thank you for exceeding my expectations...it was a wonderful surprise.
