packaging, shipping and customer service was incredible. however my vitamin c peptides was shipped without the dropper lid so dispensing it has been a bit harder than it would be otherwise. would it be possible to have this item shipped? otherwise, my order was amazing and i love the human touch - the little origami crane and extra gifts were adorable. 10/10 service!
