I decided to take the test after years of bloating and suffering with pain and not really knowing what was causing it.
The test was super easy to do and result came back quick and I was surprised at how many foods I am intolerant to! However, this was the push I needed into better eating habits and a pain free life.
It’s been a few months since the rest, i am still learning how to chose better options but I certainly don’t have any regrets
