It has really helped me to understand what foods are causing me inflammation and it removes all the guess work of eliminating foods. The test is easy to do and the results are easy to read. There is lots of help and support available on line and over the phone. It will allow me to take control of my well being. I now realise just how what we eat impacts on our physical and mental wellbeing. The nutrition support is brilliant and it’s great that you can talk your results through with an nutritionist to help with meal plans.
