This is the worst ticket sales company I have ever come across. I sent a message to them because I can no longer attend a concert in Las Vegas. Contacted them on 4 December 2021, received a ticket for my query and it is now 15 January 2022 and am still awaiting a response.
I would strongly avoid them on all accounts and revert to other reputable ticket sites such as Ticketmaster etc.
