Worst experience ever. I will never do anything with them ever again. I had 2 tickets for an event which got postponed. I received an email from them saying I could easily get a refund, and there was no option on their website to process the refund.
So it took me an hour on the chat to talk to someone, and at the end they wouldn't even agree to send me an email confirmation about my refund. What a bad business
