Dreadfull company to deal with like many say communication with them is impossible.
I sold tickets for a rescheduled event every time I contact them on live chat I get told refund will be in my account in a few days.
Still waiting 15 working days later.
They just feed you rubbish on live chat.
Don't trust them or AXS
Company should be reported to a authority to be disbanded
