Absolute joke of an organisation. Emailed to complain about tickets sent to an incorrect address, after sitting on chat for over an hour and being told the address was confirmed. Initially I received a gibberish response, which didn't answer any of my complaint. After asking to speak to a manager to complain, I received a response to submit a new ticket on thier customer service link! Beyond poor.
