Terrible customer service. Promised refunds (from rescheduled event) during set window then don’t answer until window has passed. After a month of trying I finally spoke to a real person - then all they said is that they can’t help me. Even offered to send the paper trail of me trying to get ahold of customer service for the refund to prove I was within set window - they didn’t care. Said there was nothing they could do and left the chat immediately. What a fraud company. If you can purchase tickets anywhere else but axs - I highly recommend it!
