Absolutely dumbfounded how this company is still in business with its horrifying customer service, and criminal practices.... Won't be long until we read about AXS in the news as a company that flopped.
Edit: For anyone who is still getting the run around when trying to get their money after selling their tickets please call and report AXS to the Federal Trade Commission 887-382-4354 option 1 then option 4. If they receive enough complaints from enough people they said they would start an investigation.
