Appalling customer service- didn't rceive my tickets but only realised I hadn't got them on the actual day of the gig. Could see my order on website but no facility to download the actual tickets. No phone lines open and no response to live chat, message or even direct messages sent on Facebook and X. An absolute disgrace and will hever buy tickets from them again.
