I accidently bought two Bianca Del Rio tickets and the number wouldnt go back to one so I just got them. I told them how im under a lot if stress with Mums dementia and am being tested myself and made a simple mistake so can I have a refund. They asked for evidence I sent it off ns been waiting to hear back. 3 days before the event I get some kind of automated email saying no you cant have a refund. And just look at all the bad reviews! Do not use them!!!! They are scammers
