Appalling company. Issued tickets to my friend with the wrong time on them, causing us to miss half the show. Customer service were useless, telling us we should have checked with the venue for updates. There were no updates, AXS just got it wrong! Having to pursue with the ombudsman to get our £100+ back. Will never use this company again.
