Both the taste of the diet whey protein and concentrate are incredible. Both are smooth mixes and perfect to have after a double day of lactic track training and weights in the gym as they're not to heavy on the stomach. Best protein product I have had to help. Using this product is definitely helping me get to that next level of athletics!
