I ordered some protein in chocolate flavour. However they didn’t have it in stock but I spoke to Oliver and he offered to swap it with a different flavour. Which initially was meant to be salted caramel but they were out of that aswell. I was then offered a different flavour with next day delivery. I was disappointed in not being able to have it in chocolate or salted caramel but we did come to a compromise which was good. The customer service was fantastic with very quick response.
