Arrived very quick and packaged to a high standard. I’ve only just started using this product, it tastes lovely and does curb my appetite which is great. I’m hoping this continues and my weight drops off. I do fitness 4/5 times a week so I’m not just relying on the diet shake to shift the pounds.
