Been using it just week I've got say love it so much actually look foward too drinking after workout.. I work out at home every morning at 6am for an hour and as week went on more and more energy and I'm currently drinking strawberry cream with 300mill of milk and bit fresh water it's only define.. Very happy with product will be trying chocolate one after this also big shout out too Ox chamberline from Liverpool got me onto it as I follow on Instagram..
