Im really disappointed in the Northlake Walmart store # 1933 because i ordered a nugget ice maker online and when i set it up it didn’t work and was defective so i took it back the next day after receiving it to the northlake store 1933. The return went well no problem the young lady was very nice. So i asked if they sell the machines in store she said yes and i went into the store find one out of two that was on the shelf boxes was damaged but i still took a chance purchasing the item. I get to self checkout and i ask the cashier could i use the 15.00 dollar gift card now this is what online customer service gave me for my inconvenience on my next purchase the cashier went to ask the front end supervisor and she said no so i asked could i speak to the manager but nobody called one me. So now the supervisor(Lilliana)is stating she is the manager so i told her that online gave this to me and i know it have a barcode but i thought she would care because im spending more money in there store but she still said no and walked away so i asked for the store manager she stated that she was not there and she is the only manager in the store. That’s hard to believe she was very rude because every time she answered my question she would walk away when im still talking so i asked for customer care number she said with a attitude then i asked for her name she still did the same thing and walked away. I feel that’s no way to treat your customers and if it was me i would have took care the customer. And if this is the values that Walmart is teaching then that’s really sad. No way you should have somebody that have no Professionalism about themselves run your front end or be part of management. You have to lead by example.
