I visited the Hove branch today after suffering from hearing loss with a build up of wax . Sam was so friendly and efficient - he explained what was going to happen and checked my other ear. Treatment was done and it felt like a miracle I can hear again. Sam only charged me for 1 ear which was so kind and generous of him. I will be back and would recommend anyone that is suffering earing loss a visit.
