I write further to previous review about my visit to the Ferring Centre on
10 April. I expressed discontent that I was charged full sum of £90 for Earwax removal - having previously purchased H/Aids in excess of £4000.
Phil, who was absent that day, read my review and immediately refunded me the full amount plus cost of cleaning materials purchased.
