Ordered petunia and stocks plug plant.
Arrived on time but on opening both packages all the plants had fallen out of their trays into a jumbled mess. There was no cover over them and about a 50mm gap to the to of the box so it was inevitable that they would tumble about.
Called customer service who were very apologetic and offered a refund. Waiting now for it to appear
