Horrible experience, order was a month late, only half the order arrived and box arrived badly beaten with contents inside ruined, just a complete mash of soil and broken plants. Tried to save what I could but not with much luck.
I have reached out via email, contact form on the website and via phone and still months later I have been unable to get a response. I'm left feeling like I have been scammed out of my money.
Is this really the experience you want for your customers Suttons? Perhaps you should stop overselling and concentrate on the customer experience, or do you just not care?
