Unable to contact through e-mails and the
website has changed so no longer able to access my Account to see what is on back order! I did find telephone number 0333 0430700 and option 2 - waited 5 mins and did manage to speak to a very helpful guy - only to find that an Acer tree ordered and PAID FOR in March was not going to be delivered until September!!!!! he was however very polite and is issuing my refund - how does this company hold a royal warrant????
