Received £42 order, eventually, several weeks ago. Most of the plants dead or dying. Tried to ring, email to advise them but no reply to many attempts. They then sent me a request to write a review on Trustpilot!!! I did and thst generated a comment from Suttons saying they were sending me a refund cheque....still waiting. I put another comment Trustpilot and they replied saying as I hadnt given my email address or order number, they couldn't help!!! I am livid. Maybe if they would answer their phones or emails I could give full details! This is my last time to give them a chance to send my money to me URGENTLY before I take this up with their local Trading Standards Office. This is theft, hanging onto customers refunds and I will give Suttobs 7 more days before I take further action.
