Please, please will someone close this company down and stop them from advertising. Two hundred years of reputation down the drain in one season. Who is in charge of this fiasco? The amount of money they owe dissatisfied customers alone will bankrupt them.
However, in the unlikely even of getting through to a customer advisor, please treat them with courtesy. It's the men at the top who needs to hear your rants about being ripped off.
Please step forward and make a public statement - it's the least you can do!
