Such a disappointment this year. My recent plants arriving late, poor condition, badly damaged packaging , many have had to be thrown away.
The ridiculous 9 days to reply for email is useless - mine took 12 days!
Bombarded with email offers every day- but poor customer service for complaints as obviously cannot cope with demand.
