I ordered the best value perennial collection on 27/4/21 as advertised in the MSE email (Martin Lewis). I received 2 emails notifying me of delays in dispatch. When the date had passed I didn't hear anything else from them so I checked my account only to find it say that I have no previous orders!! They took the money on 30/4/21. I have rang the customer service number but it is never answered and my email remains unanswered too. This is the first and last time I will deal with them. I contacted Sainsbury's Bank Credit Card and they have refunded me the money so thank you to them.
