Absolutely awful customer service.
The wrong items were sent to me. I have been in contact via email with Suttons and they typically respond every 7 or so days, always to tell me that they sent what I had ordered despite the invoice saying otherwise.
I will now be claiming my £99.98 back through my credit card company (hopefully).
