I had problems from the start. It looked like they had taken money twice, so I had to ring. Then delay after delay starting on the 30th April, two days after placing the order! Finally after ringing again apparently there was a crop failure and the plants would arrive in July and I should have had an email! I took the refund except they did not refund the correct amount, I was £1 short so have emailed again. Only a pound I hear you say but the cynical me wonders if this has happened to many people. If so and the customers don't query it, that's free money to Suttons. So I too gave contacted MSE with my sorry story and will never buy from Suttons again
