Awful awful awful
I ordered in April from one of their special offers. They clearly had so many that they couldn't or didnt want to honour the offer.
I was given 5 different delivery dates from early May until more recently, mid July!
I've had every excuse under the sun why the plants were not delivered, completely ignoring the fact that I had told them I needed them by a certain date.
After June I was chasing the delivery dates and it was only when I was told the delivery was now expected to be mid July, and that I could cancel for a full refund, that I accepted this.
However, if waiting for no delivery was not bad enough, I'm now chasing my refund.
I've had two emails one suggesting a refund of £0 🤷🏼♀️, and the other today, offering me a partial refund of £14.99.
They still owe me money!!! It shouldn't be this difficult to either delivery the goods or give a refund.
In summary, avoid. There are plenty of other more reliable companies out there. Thankfully Morrisons had a huge selection of stunning plants and my garden looks amazing for half the price .... now to chase the rest of my money.
