Appalling customer service! I ordered the special perennial bundle on 28.4.21, never arrived, I was repeatedly lied to by customer services telling me it had been dispatched.
Then they said it would be the middle of July so I asked for a refund, they only partially refunded me??
Cannot get in touch with them, sent various emails which they have ignored.
This is stealing!!!!!! I want a full refund for the order that never came.
I would not recommend this company at all, infact I would say this is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
