Ordered Plants, subjected to a Long delay, no communication until I tried to cancel, then informed that my order was being packaged for delivery, suggested not to send them out and refund me, but their process apparently is that they cannot overide their system but advised to refuse when delivered, still waiting for refund. Shocking customer service.
First purchase, will NEVER order again. avoid, avoid avoid.
If I could give a lower star rating it would be in the minus
