Probably the worst customer service yet, joined there club they charged me twice, took weeks and comprehensive proof and 30 emails eventually a refund. I ordered £30 worth of plug plants on a January special offer for delivery late March, then the identical offer appears in February KB8840 for £20, asked as a gesture of goodwill for all the hassle caused by there error and my inconvenience for a £10 credit. Very blunt No. Will not be using Suttons again.
